Book online on Rentida.lt website and we guarantee you the best available rate.  

 If you find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of making your booking at Rentida.lt, we will match the lower rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations must be made through our official website.
2. The lower rate on another website must be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same apartment type, same arrival and departure dates, same number of guests, same booking conditions (such as payment and deposit, cancellation and change policies).
3. Rentida Apartments reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a lower rate at the time it processes the claim. The lower rate on another website must be publicly viewable and bookable online.
4. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of the reservation being made with Rentida Apartments and at least 72 hours before the standard check-in time.
5. Rentida Apartments may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee if that person acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances, acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims, failed to stay at Rentida Apartments after receiving approved Best Rate Guarantee claims, or breached any of these terms and conditions.
6. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through a Rentida Apartments website, and Rentida Apartments is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel.
7. Rentida Apartments reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Rentida.lt Best Rate Guarantee at any time.

 Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Reservations booked through non-Rentida Apartments website.
  • Any rates found on websites that package the apartments and other travel components such as flights, car rental, tours, etc.
  • Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public such as corporate negotiated rates or group, convention and/or event rates which are specifically agreed by Rentida Apartments to particular groups or companies.
  • Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Taxes, gratuities, late check-in service charges, other fees and incidental charges.
