Location

 

If you arrive in Vilnius by train or bus, you will not find a better place to stay overnight than our Guesthouse. Our guest house is located on the outskirts of the old town of Vilnius, only a few hundred meters from the central station. As the history says, in the middle of the 16th century in this building, near the city's central gates, the first guest house was created for the visitors of Vilnius city. To this day, the building is located in the Old Town, a few minutes walk from our central Rentida apartments.

The location is also great for exploring the Old Town, as everything is within an easy reach. The Town Hall Square just a few of hundred meters away and the Cathedral Square with it famous Bell Tower are just a 15 minutes’ walk down the oldest Arklių, Didžioji and Pilies streets. The renowned Gates of Dawn are only 5 minutes away, and the busy Vilniaus street – the epicentre of the city’s night life – is only 800 meters away.

DIRECTIONS

From Vilnius International Airport by car

Drive east to F. Vaitkaus street to Rodūnios kl., turn around on Rodūnios kl. and turn right onto Darius ir Girėno street, drive 2.6 km. Continue onto Švitrigailos str. for about 170 m., then turn right onto Geležinkelio str. and drive 800 m. At the roundabout take the second exit to Stoties street. Drive 400 m., then turn right onto Sodų str. After 16 meter you will see Rentida guest house.

From Vilnius International Aiport by public transport

Take bus No. 88 or No. 1 until bus stop „Stotis.“ Timetable. Walk down the Stoties street, then turn right to Sodų str. . After 16 meter you will see Rentida guest house.

From Kaunas Aiport

Take a highway A1 southest to Vilnius. Once in Vilnius, drive to the roudabout and turn to the right to E28/E85. Continue for about 2 km. When reach Švitrigailos street, turn into it and follow direction from Vilnius International Aiport.

From Vilnius International Airport by car
Turn right onto Darius ir Girėno street and drive 2.6 km. Continue onto Švitrigailos str. for about 1.8 km., then turn right onto Basanavičiaus str. and drive 850 m. Continue onto Trakų str. and after driving about 150 m. turn right onto Pranciškonų str. After 200 m. this street connects with the street Šv. Mikalojaus. Leave you car and come in "Waffle Bar" in Šv. Mikalojaus str. 7.
 
From Vilnius International Aiport by public transport
Take bus No. 88 until bus stop „Vokiečių g.“ Timetable. Walk down the Vokiečių street to the fountain then turn right to Šv. Mikalojaus str. 5
 
From Kaunas Aiport
Take a highway A1 southest to Vilnius. Once in Vilnius, drive to the ring and turn to the right to E28/E85. Continue for about 2 km. When reach Švitrigailos street, turn into it and follow direction from Vilnius International Aiport.
